Who provides the cleaning supplies and equipment?

We offer our own cleaning equipment to uphold a consistent and high standard of cleanliness. However, we kindly request that our clients supply any preferred products for specific surfaces such as floors and counters. We do supply our own polish, grout cleaner and other supplies.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment, please notify us within 3 days or 72 hours to avoid any cancellation fees. If cancellation is done within less than 72 hours, the initial deposit will be charged and the remaining balance will be refunded.

Our priority is your satisfaction. If you're not completely happy with the service, let us know within 24 hours and we'll re-clean the specific areas free of charge.
